Why we need you

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global People Operations team. You will be attracting and recruiting talented candidates to join our team. The Opn team will be based in Thailand and Japan, building OPN products which will be used by corporate clients around the world.

What you will be doing

  • Own and manage end-to-end recruiting process across different teams within the company
  • Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and establish requirements
  • Review resumes, pre-screen candidates, and guide the interview process
  • Build strong, diverse pipelines of talent through candidate sourcing, referral programs, and job boards
  • Deliver the best candidate experience by providing check-ins, feedback, and and timely communications
  • Run the offer approval, extension, and negotiation process, and close candidates
  • Collect and utilize data to influence hiring strategies and promote process improvement
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team on other locations to align on recruiting process and best practices

What you have

  • 2-3+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter within either agency or internal
  • Ability to sourcing channels to bring in diverse pipelines of talented candidates
  • Proficiency in applicant-tracking software (ATS)
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English and Thai
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ideally experience recruiting for the IT industry
