Why we need you

We are looking for a talented IT Support professional to join our team to help us grow our Opn team. The Opn team will be based in Thailand and Japan, building Opn products which will be used by corporate clients around the world. These enterprise services and solutions will vary from project to project but will primarily revolve around eWallets, payment solutions, and other mobile applications.

What you will be doing

  • Implement hardware and software purchasing and usage policies
  • Responsible for maintaining Opn’ existing hardware and software assets, performing updates, upgrades and replacements when required
  • Establish and maintain an IT asset inventory control system
  • Responsible for providing high quality and SLA for internal IT Service Desk
  • Administrator for our company’s key tools including G-Suite, Slack and GitHub
  • Provide technical and user assistance for the Opn’ communication tools and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to office network (including interruptions to) WAN, LAN, Workstation and Applications
  • Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of our computer networks

What you have

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical support knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, IT or other technology related field
  • Extensive experience working with different operating systems (including Windows) especially macOS
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
  • Willingness to learn and high attention to detail
  • Good spoken and written English is a plus
