Why we need you

We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our global People Operations team. You will be attracting engineering candidates across the APAC market and cultivating a pipeline of world-class talents to join our team in Japan and Thailand. We are open to remote applicants or applicants who are currently located in Japan or Thailand.

What you will be doing

  • Manage sourcing and engage with passive engineering talents through various tools including LinkedIn, Boolean Searches and other platforms
  • Partner with Engineering and Recruiting Teams in APAC to plan, implement, and execute on various sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with candidates at various stages of the interview process, including Recruiting Phone Screen and Technical Phone Screen
  • Research markets, companies, and teams to drive consistent pipeline of engineering candidates

What you have

  • 2+ years of candidate sourcing experience in Japan or the APAC market with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
  • Conversational level of Japanese (N3 and above preferred) to support recruitment in the market
  • Experience using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems to identify and engage passive, qualified candidates and manage them through the hiring process.
  • Analytical skills and ability to track sourcing metrics, draw insights, and translate into action
  • Can be remote but need to be able to work during the same timezone and have the experience recruiting for Japan
